I am a native Californian and a long time citizen of Oakland now residing in the vibrant and exciting Jingletown Arts & Business community. Originally from Southern California I studied drawing at the Chouinard Institute in Los Angeles and, after moving to Northern California, photography at California State University Hayward. My photographs reflect an eclectic style and lean heavily upon my travels throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, South America and of course, my beloved Oakland and surrounding areas. My thoughts on life are best summed up by this J. R. R. Tolkien poem:

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
